"Satisfaction Guaranteed or Money-Back."

By 2010's standards, "Satisfaction Guaranteed or Money-Back." has become a foreign & alienated concept. Now all sprint has to do is fire all the outsourced employees with their corny accents and lousy manners and hire some North Americans in North America to work the call centers and other departments. Knowing sprint there's a high price for the 30 day gimmick which I only suspect would be outsourcing even more positions. Call me cynical but I'm talking from experience and patterns of not just sprint but companies who's business models look like sprint's.

Nope. No gimmicks. It's real and after telling 5 people I knew that were interested in trying Sprint, they are going this week to visit the stores. Two of these individual's contracts have been up at T-Mobile for roughly 5 months and the others are one at ATT, two at VZW. All are free agents. This offering allows them to try Sprint risk free, continue maintaining their current service while they contemplate their decision. Sounds fairly straight forward to me.

Well if the government would stop taxing the hell out of Sprint and other corporate entities, maybe they could afford to keep their business in house.

Yes, let them tax us instead.

Wait, aren't the taxes towards cell phones already 'passed on' to us anyways?

We can fund anything!

It is true that not all Sprint call center employees are in the U.S. However, many are- and others are in Canada. (As far as 'North America' there are centers in Mexico as well- but I have a feeling you didn't want to include those.)

In today's climate, it is simply not feasible to have all of the employees in the US. The cell market is very competitive- and that is an important cost saving measure. They could hire five or six people out of the US for what it costs to have one US employee. When trying to keep prices down, companies have to do what they have to do.

What will they do when the nation is bankrupt? Companies have to do what? Screw American workers so the CEOs can make more in bonuses? The fact that I'm sure you actually believe what you just spouted is vaguely disturbing.

First, it is not the responsibility of any company to look out for the economic well being of the nation. The businesses have one job, to make profits for the shareholders. It is their job to make money and to stay in business. To do that, they have to keep costs down. The companies are not public charities. They cannot offer service at a loss. They are not public utilities- they cannot force you to pay their rates. Therefore they have to find ways to offer service as inexpensively as possible.

It doesn't have anything to do with bonuses for CEO's. It is simply the best business practice. The only way it could be changed is for the paradigm to shift so that it is less expensive to hire American workers. Until that happens, it would be id...

Yeah, but is this a promotional offer that will expire in X number of days or weeks or months?

I definitely want to get in on this offer! My current plan w/ Tmo expires in May, so I'm hoping that this will be available then.

Anybody know?

There are many many North American Call centers. And many of the people in some of them stillhave accents. 😁

And we are Excellent. In fact recent Polling data have us at the Top of the customer Satisfaction Charts, because we are doing all we can, we have done the work. And as long as I work for sprint I will be doing all I can to help people with one of the most important things in there lives, communications with the ones they love and care about!

WE ARE SPRINT!
