There are fees for a reason. Now what Sprint is doing is awesome. It's another thing that sets them apart from the rest of the industry.

People need to start getting over Sprint's reputation. It is not the Sprint of the past. Customers who make fun of sprint for their customer service/coverage make me laugh. Their coverage was just rated most reliable again, and their customer service numbers are what? number 1 in the industry.

Get over the reputation that Sprint used to have. Thats so 3 years ago.

yeaaaa....which explains why my aunt who is a pharmacist who I brought to sprint years ago is itching to leave today because they keep charging her for data and her bill is never the same and when she calls she gets pablo or jose who griefs her until she is forced to hang up and go to a sprint store. it's not so 3 years ago, you're the real uneducated one. fanboy

Yes. And your pharmacist aunt can block her internet with one call to care. Your aunt is also having the exact same issue millions of other customers at other carriers are having.

Very true, hell VZW was even investigated by the FCC for their erroneous data charge.

I'm sure his aunt is doing something to that requires data and does not even realize it.

His Pharmacist Aunt is probaly downloading picture mail or browsing ringtones. Why do we need to know that she is a Pharmacist? What does that bring to the discussion. I guess if sprint is giving her pain, she could just fill her self some viccodin to ease her pain. LOL
