The customer wants. It is shocking to say that any company can charge a person fees or any of that crap if you don't like their product or service. Keep in mind. We ALL could be customers for them in the future(I won't with sprint however 3 years is enough for me too much account BS to deal with even with the new CEO) but who ever cancels may go back to them sometime sooner or later so it is good to still treat the customer right even if they are leaving. They should leave fee, service and restocking fee free. It is just insane we get charged if their phone was trash, or network/ price didn't make them happy.

I agree the other fees should be waived, but if you cancel your line, the company is basically throwing away a 200-600 piece of hardware.

And that's a high risk to prove they are a premeir network once again.

Not arguing that it's a good (if risky) venture. I just don't get why people think that the company doesn't lose anything if you decide not to stick with them

Sprint has to do something to prove they've changed. It's all a perception game. People who don't have Sprint think Sprint is bad. I've used Sprint for 5 years now. They had the worst customer service ever when I started with them. Now I have no issues. Coverage is great and customer service matches.
