I think it's going to be a better PR and Marketing tool then an actual policy. Don't get me wrong, I think it's a great move to offer this service, but I think it'll be more effective for PR and Marketing then an actual service that new customer's will use.

BUT THINK ABOUT NO COMPANY WILL DO THIS ATT AND VERIZON LOVE TO GET YOU FOR EVERY PENNY...SPRINT HAS IT ALL 😉

Subscribers have no reason to leave Verizon so they do not care much about other less relevant stuff. Verizon's network was strong as ever and if one needs a reliable way to stay connected, other stuff is of no issue.
Sprint is doing this to reduce the number of subscribers leaving in recent years because their network wasn't too great. The $99 unlimited everything plan is irrelevant when your call is dropped every 60 seconds or so...

Are you willing to put your money where your mouth is? In this case, if you try them again, you will virtually be out zero dollars. I have a few friends that would love to try them again. But didn't want to chance paying for 30 days worth of trial service calls. This will indeed allow them to try it risk free while they keep their present account open on the other carrier while they make their decision.
