Verizon's BlackBerry Tour Gains PTT Powers
Useless.
VZW PTT is useless. Don't even know why they try so hard in pushing this product.
Had 30 people switch from nextel for VZW PTT because it was cheaper than nextel group talk add-on and within 30 days they went back to nextel.

I am not getting more and more people coming over from Nextel switching to Verizon PTT. They all say they like it. Field Force Manager is also something like like. Nextel has gone to crap sense Sprint took over. The coverage is spotty and the internet is slow. I have an appointment set up for a business to come in at 12 noon and switch about 35 lines over from Sprint/Nextel to Verizon PTT.

well they will be switch n right back, say what you want about nextel direct connect, but it works vzs ptt is not dependable and it kills your battery quick!!!

In all respect to you, Field Force Manager has been nothing but a headache for my Colleague's business. It had done nothing but wreak havoc on their devices. Lockups. Battery and Signal indicators rendered useless. Battery life considerably shortened. Slightly less than a quarter of clients info never made it back to the hub office(Thank God for still practicing keeping paper logs). They trial ran it for a month. VZW was given ample time to fix the issues. Nothing fixed them. They dropped the FFM.
