You know for a FACT that either AT&T is paying Apple for exclusivity or Apple is paying AT&T not to use anything else or something along those lines.

ding ding ding! We have a winner! Payola has been around since the beginning of time. That's the reason why when you turn on the radio these days, you hear nothing but crap.
It's also interesting that AT&T's Motorola Backflip Android device is crippled and from what I heard, that Dell Android phone will be crippled too. That totally goes against the sole purpose of Android! I would have expected something like that from Verizon. I'm sure Apple had plenty to do with it.
