Apple is just getting pissed that the focus is not all on them anymore. They were in the spot light for so long and now the have to share it. I've had 2 HTC phones and loved both, currently have the Hero from Sprint.

Just something to think about here too... Since AT&T is starting to sell Android based phones and Apple is acting like a spoiled brat... does anyone think this is the year that Apple tries to spread the iPhone to other carriers? And if so, Does anyone think that the iPhone will preform better on another carrier and show that AT&T just SUCKS!!! (Sorry, I use to work for them for 3 years, I know how they like to screw their customers)

I've got a line with Sprint and a line with AT&T. I've been a Sprint customer since 2004 with a 1 year account hibernation, and an AT&T customer since 2007.

Sprint screws up my bill almost every single month. AT&T has only screwed up once. What makes you think AT&T screws its customers over more than Sprint, or Verizon for that matter?

Yes those services will screw up your bill, but those are opt ins. Considering we use the same Retail POS and the same billing system (different versions) I'd have to say your troll-fu is slipping again...

Let me go on record as not being at all a fan of Apple. I will give them props on the way they made the iPhone integrate into people's lifestyle. That is the real magic of the iphone.

However, Apple tries to sue out of existence any threat to their market domination.
A huge part of their strategy is litigation. It has worked for them in the past and so they use it again.

Let's face it Android is the future. The Open Handset Alliance membership roster reads like a who's who of wireless. People prefer open source to tightly controlled systems.
Android will easily supplant both the iPhone and Blackberry as the system of choice. The industry will in time create applications and devices that surpass the iPhone in functuality. The HTC H...
