Lol, what century are you living in?? Do you think thereis a person that clicks "print" then stuffs the bill into an envelope? Get real son! That ish is automated to the max. Paper mail is an archaic idea for 95% of uses and it is a waste of resources and energy use. Go at&t!

I told Sprint, "Thank you for the $5.00 Credit" but I later went back to the paper bill because online billing I may not be able to always access, or have paper documents that prove the charge I dispute. Often Im not near a printer so I cant print out and send it in for dispute to the BBB or CPUC.

All Im saying is AT&T is nice enough to plant a tree, but doesnt that actually cost more then the paper bill? Shouldnt companies that deforest be required to use their profits to reforest areas that they decimate anyway? If you have always included paper bills for free, how about learning about Profits and Losses and realizing how to better manage your profits to include the costs of reforesting areas for said paper bills? I went paperless a long time ago. I have to say I am sick of all this "Green" marketing. I think we should take care of the environment, but come on give it a rest

Not just no, HELL NO!By me giving up my paper bill, I feel that I am directly contribuing to their profitability as this is a cost that they will not have anymore.  What do I get out of this deal - Better service?  No.  Fewer dropped calls due to network improvements?  Don't think so.  How about more dividends to stockholders?  Yeah, that's the ticket!

They have tried ever trick in the book to pump up revenue - charging people extra to pay your bill to an actual person, removing multiple kiosks from AT&T stores (forcing you to basically use the Internet to pay through an ACH transaction or writing checks) and charging people fees to receive a discount (they wanted me to pay $39 to receive a 12% government discount).

Hmm, Let me think here a moment; I have a business. I need money in order to improve my product and service, so my customers will be happy with said service and continue to patronize my company. I need money to make improvements. Which means I have to cut costs somewhere. I could lay off a bunch of people... Again... Oh I know, why not switch to paperless billing? Ya its quicker, secure, and FREE to my customer. It will save me some serious mulah and help cut down on waste and pollution to the environment. Which means I can make those improvements and have happier customers to patronize my business, which means I'll keep making money, to make improvements, to keep my customers happy ect ect ect...

You see where Im going with this?
