T-Mobile tried this last year and was hit with much opposition and then dropped the practice. How is this different?

T-mobile decided to charge all customers who signed up for the E-bill option, the customers outraged about the fee and it was quickly removed. This is different because AT&T isn't charging anyone.

T-Mobile was going to start charge customers who DIDN'T sign up for paperless billing, not the other way around.
