Nokia Looking for Dismissal of Apple Suit

Well, I like you a lot better than some others on here. So, that's a start, right? But seriously, on a relevant note, articles like this start to make me wonder how out of touch patent laws are. Again, and I can't reiterate this enough, I thoroughly understand why these companies wish to protect their intellectual properties. Its just that I hate the notion that technological progress and marketplace diversity is held back by courts of law, not by the limitations of the brilliant engineers behind these products.
