Well the SCH-V740 has a little under 130MBs...

So, 30Mbs for Pictures, 20Mbs for downloads, and 70Mbs for music...equals up to around 130Mbs....

And Sprint is the one who wants these allocation provisions. Every Sprint phone has got them.
