Steve Jobs is a crybaby

If we are to believe Apple, Steve and the fan BOYS out there, iPhone outsells every other phone a gazillion to one. What do they have to fear from HTC and Android?

Apple's products are "magical" right? then why the mundane lawsuit over a company that barely sells one/gazillionth the phones the iPhone does? (I'm looking at you blueballs) explain that to me.
