You're wrong
Apple didn't need any of Nokia's hardware patents. They were vague and Apple already has precedent in their other mobile devices. Nokia can sue all they want.
Apple's software patents have been pretty clearly defined from day one. I don't understand how you think they're broad- they're actually amusingly specific- things like using a gesture to unlock your phone or using heuristics to determine whether or not your on-screen keyboard should display.
Are you saying that Apple doesn't own the patents? They do. Are you saying HTC doesn't implement these patents? Pretty obvious that they do.
