where is the LA love??
...
Ya I dont get that either
...
the crazy part is i work in a corporate store and my store has a tower above it so we have a big server and stuff in the underground garage and stuff. In late 08 we had a sprint van down there for about a week and these guys were adding all these huge wires and tubes n stuff. So i asked what they were doing and he said they were installing 4g and that they had been doing it all over LA that we were the 43rd cite they had been too.. sooo i think the infrastructure is here. i dono.. effin bs.

Would you rather have it launch with an incomplete footprint? They absolutely must get LA, NY, Houston and the bay area right. We don't want to have disappointed customers at launch.
...
it already launched..
...
Great,
When did this happen? My Clear rep has not mentioned it.
...
ohh you know what, my bad. i miss understood. i thought you ment all 4g not just the specific markets you mentioned.
i agree with you.
...
LA sucks that's why!! 🤣
...
lol LA is full of blond head pink dress wearing women with their IPOD's and don't care about data speeds. All they care about is text messaging their boyfriends. 🤣
...
and with that description LA sucks why? lol
...
🤣
Your right F*** it, Bring on the white girls, give me some cream with my coffee. 🤣
...
Oh my goodness! Calm down!
...
Dan Hesse is a Minnesota Twins fan and he's still mad about the Torii Hunter Trade to the LA Angels. Thats why Mpls got 4G first! 🤣
...
I agree, too many gangs!!!
...
Vegas doesn't? I bet there are some hookers there...

Perhaps the amount of towers necessary to cover the L.A. Metro market could cover five slightly smaller (in population markets)? L.A is spread out AND has a lot of people. I think New York City has lots of people (of course) but one should not have to cover a wide area there. Just a thought.
...
1 wimax tower 80ft high can cover 30 SQ miles. Thats one of the main differences in wimax over LTE.
...
The backhaul that will have to go into covering that many from one location would be insane. I'd expect them to hit those markets that people are "WTF?!"ing soon. Plus with multiple companies using the network, the infrastructure will need to be solid for an effective launch. I doubt they want to pull an AT&T and let the network go to poop, especially at launch.
