if you have 25,000$ or more in your stock account, you can daytrades as many times a day as you wish!
but if you poor, and have less than 25,000$ in your stock account, you only allow to daytrades 3 times in a 5 days period!
that is like going to casino, if you bet 100$ a game, you can take your profits and leave anytime!
but if you poor and bet 20$, you not allow to leave the table until you played 8 hours??
