i dont learn about this through my job.. but on here... thansk for the update a$$ clowns
...
refering to my work..not ps.com
...
it was only a matter of time before t-mobile would be sold off or bought out... 🙄 🙄
...
I thought back in the fall t-mobile and sprint were in merger talks...What ever happened to that?
...
rumors... just rumors
...
And do you really want Sprint to mess around with yet another network...just ask the Nextel folks how well that works
...
Nextel was the albatross. Sprint was foolish to purchasing a company on a dead end evolution path when Alltel was sitting out there begging to be acquired.
...
This is surprising to me. I thought TMo was doing well. I know a lot of people with TMo. I actually planned on porting to them because I've about had it with Verizon. I am having yet another issue with them. I can't send or receive pix! I know its not my phone because my mom is having issues with her phone too. I have a Blackberry 8330 and my moms phone has a Ev3. 🙄
...
This is why these rumors are damaging. T-Mobile IS doing well. They simply are not performing in an earth-shattering manner. Investors want money to be raining from the clouds (into their pockets). Since that is not the case, they are looking for ways to increase profits in some manner. No one is talking about T-Mobile going bankrupt. They are considering either spinning it off in an attempt to raise more funds to build out the network or finding a merger partner to make it more capable of competing with the two giant carriers.
...
Ooooh I see. Well, Im porting my number from Verizon to TMobile this week.
...
Sounds good. Did they agree to waive the ETF due to coverage issues at your home?
...
No...but they did prorate it. I have to pay $140 to brk my contract. 🙄
...
You must work for the company considering you used the term "Earth Shattering" (T-Mobile's lame catch phrase for it's failed @Home product 🙄 ). It's also pretty apparent T-Mobile has brainwashed you to be an overly positive robot douche.
Since when did losing 70,000 net activations start being considered "Doing well"? That's T-Mobile 2009 Q3 sales numbers. Q4 numbers have yet to be released but you can bet you'll see similar loses.
Don't be too hard on yourself, only a select few employees can see through all the sunshine bulls**t T-Mobile spews on it's employees.
...
AT&T? Check!
Verizon? Check!
T-Mobile? Nope, never worked for them. Thanks for the name calling. Very mature.
As far as being hard on myself...as I am sure you don't care about my well being...I know exactly where to toss it.
...
I had no idea about the Earth Shattering catch phrase. You are a wealth of information.
...
Truer words have not been spoken...my commets were just poking fun. Nextel was at capacity pre-merger. the issues only came to light after and people then blamed Sprint. Anyway, this is off-topic.
...
i love how i learn things about the company i work for through phonescoop before they tell us.. sooo awesome!!
...
Ah...companies are secretive about all sorts of things. I just think it's wierd how sentive companies are. Whatever, either way we'll find out, that's why we have websites like ps/BGR/engadget
...
im annoyed cuz their retraining us for the 4th skill in my site... its annoyign me.. im doing 4 different skills, and still being paid $10 an hour!! and now this bs...
...
Well, it's better than looking for a job, filling out apps, and the stupid ?'s they ask at job interviews. Think of it that way.
...
lol. hey theres acall center an hour away from my house and i can make double the pay, and better benefits and bonuses... but i have no car right now. So as soon as i get my car im gone from this place.. lol been here over a year and loyalty and hard work means nothing here. if you have a bad day and get acall graded from that day & get a bad score, your gone.
...
I guess if you are already at a call center...why not upgrade to a better paying one.
...
that and one that gives a s*** about us as employees
...
Any company will fire you if you do something bad enough. Don't act like if you get "1" poor score you're gone. Firing someone from a call center is like a marathon unless you do something completely idiotic.
...
Things like this being leaked before they are true will affect a company's bottom line. Do you really want that?
...

Not to mention the legal ramifications.
...
I can careless about a companies bottom line, I'm not some investor in Manhattan.
...
The person working for T-Mobile should care though.
...
This Opera Mini refusing to launch on my phone is very, very painful!!!!!! I hate the default browser on the N95, it's stupid, it takes to long to load webpages.
Hard times I'm going through man, hard times!

There are strict regulations about what information a company can release and when. They can't tell employees prior to releasing information publicly, because that's considered inside information.
...
That had *RUMOR* written ALL over it!!!!!!
...
It's a rumor. Do you really want your company to apprise you of every potential move it considers? That would be chaos.
