Why would Metro PcS want them? I dont even know where they cover, but just seems pointless...
AT&T/Verizon/Sprint or Tmo should NOT bother, too much overlap im sure!

Us cellular cannot match the cricket price plans, so everyone would be converted to a new plan that costs more which would make everyone run.
i see the beneficial side of gaining more coverage but dont see how the bottom line consumer growth would happen.

If the FCC & DOJ allowed Cricket to be acquired by the big 2, the only way it would be allowed is by having some PCS spectrum divested, since Cricket holds 2 AWS regional licenses (Great Lakes D & Central E).
