Since all the companies use Telenav anyway, I wish one thing was added. Having a cache of maps leading to where you are going. If you lose coverage with your navigator, it can't download maps. I wish the program could assume where you are going and download the future map ahead of time just in case this happens...of course it would assume that you are going to go the correct way.

I gave up AT&T navigator and had a buddy of mine stop using VZ Nav because we got to a place where either service didn't have a cell tower near by and we were just stuck and had to find out way back on our own...

If you have Telenav, you can go to route summary. This will give you directions with out any signal. You can also get a map summary also. I called Telenav's customer support, & the rep walked me through on how to use that feature.

VZ Nav has that feature built in as well. It will map out the route first then nav it. It will even give you trip summary in miles and minutes.

As well as: weather, movie times n directions, events concerts restaurants etc around you.

free business search. no 411 call needed.
cheap gas finder, atm finder, accident alert with re-routing and a lot more.

the biggest upside is the feature is month to month.
