Just don't bother complying with the Chinese government and sell your product anyway. When they threaten to do something about it, claim ignorance (as they do) and draw it out for as long as possible with an 'investigation.'
But quite honestly China needs to go. Nuke the crap out of the government and put in something that allows for easier monetization of the Chinese.
