Does this mean that it is a voip, or will it just dial your linked phone when you go to make a call like it does from the website?

i'm pretty sure it will be just like doing it from the website. just makes it quicker to have a toolbar i guess.

It's not too consistent but works in this fashion You dial in your browser and it will call your phone. You then pick up and the call proceeds to the the number you dialed.
