There really needs to be tort reform.

Of course, it seems that when it comes to RIM, we need tort reform, when it comes to Apple, we lets run out and play. Not saying its you adlius, infact I don't get that. But I do agree this has gotten out of hand. Its lie Moto suing every mobile phone maker because they were first with a mobile phone, or Daimler suing all car makers because they were first.

All these companies are guilty of this nonsense. if we can't compete, we will litigate.

Maybe Rim should just pay up to make this go away? Weren't they sued by Broadcom or someone a few years ago?

I dont think Motorola can really gain anything from this suit. If they do succeed and we cant get blackberries because of it we'll just go to iphones...at least I know I will. Its gonna make crackberry addicts even more opposed to motorola than they already are. Since the razor, I dont think motorola has done anything innovative. It will make you look bad. The Droid? Is that the best you can do Motorola?...bring it.

All I have to say is that it sucks that this is the only headline for today.

This all exists because there's a very fine line between patent trolling and true competition.
