they are saying Calling TOO haiti is waived. So if you are calling here and calling over there, there is no additional cost. On top of that, they are making the change retro-active

Like the others said, VZW wireless and wireline calling to Haiti will be waived. But for the record, Verizon does have global phones, so if there are any VZW customers in Haiti I'm sure they'll have free calling too...once the networks are running again.
