AT&T offers $60 for 30 days prepaid unlimited. Why would anyone choose the postpaid plans. It's $30 more BEFORE they add taxes and fees. And no forced data plan on the phones you use for prepaid. Gotta love it.

I would choose the postpaid plan because I may want a new phone at some point without having to pay $300+ for a no commitment phone. At least I can get an upgrade every 18 months.

Prepaid and postpaid coverages are not the same, just check At&t's website for coverage.

The "no required data plan" means that I can use any smartphone I want without being forced to give AT&T an extra $30/month or $360/year. That's a lot money back in my pocket to buy the next new phone that I want.

As a parent I prefer prepaid for my kids and if they talk too much or text too much I don't have to worry about a HUGE bill next month. Same with downloads and other operator related stuff. I want to minimize my costs and I've NEVER had a problem with AT&T coverage in my 6 years on prepaid and I've travelled up and down the east co...

Im not going to read the rest of the posts about your comment...

I agree with you. $60 for Unlimited Talk and Text is pretty damn good for AT&T. No data plan REQUIRED is good for people who just need the basics, but need more coverage then say MetroPCS.
