You're right. Nevermind that whole not connecting to 3G thing. I'm sure they'll fix it.
I do agree though, that they will probably fix the 3G connectivity issue. 😉

I understand everything perfectly. College grad, here. And yes, releasing a $500 phone with problems holding onto 3G signals is very much a problem.
So if you:
A - bought the phone on release day or
B - bought the phone later but didn't do any research on problems it has had since release.
you can enjoy 14 days of use to see if the phone is right for you with no penalty if you change your mind and return it. I see no problem with that.
