Wow. You really are an idiot. Verizon Wireless rated #1 in customer satisfaction but yet they hate their customers. Maybe you should apply at AT&T as Luke Wilson's sidekick and you can hate Verizon Wireless together (and both be out of work has-beens) 😈

The thing about that commercial is that the misfit toys made a point of praising the iphone.

The point is Verizon goes out of its way to praise the iphone and pointedly attack AT&T's network. All the toys are initially amazed that the iphone is even there...until it displays its 3G map.

Well when they had their initial "iDont" ads, it sorta to a way backfired, because after or before they checked the Droid, they stopped and looked at an iPhone, which is something you don't want to do. Putting or insinuating the iPhone is sorta a free iPhone ad.

VZW's customer satisfaction maybe #1. But the only numbers the FCC/Government are interested in , is the 30 percent of total population of wireless customers unhappy with on how ALL carriers handling of issues. This can't be ignored

While the satisfaction percentage of VZW maybe higher, many of their subs are asking questions about the ETF. This can't be ignored either. They are the only carrier to implement such rise.

Screw both Verizon and AT&T. Go T-Mobile. I found their customer service better out of all the carriers out there.

I rank from best to worst.

1. T-Mobile
2. Verizon
3. AT&T
4. Sprint

Well I understand how they would go up. There are a lot of costs for things they have to cover. I jsut wish they would get an all unlimited web plan for their phones. The Balckberry and PDA phones. I personally like Verizon. Even better than my T-mobile service. Verizon helps you out more in my opinion. I have had them and T-mobile. I have been with T-mobile for a long time. Ever since I was in Junior high. So long time. And t-mobile has never let me early upgrade. They never made an attempt to help me. I did not have a phone for 2 months because they would not give me an early upgrade. My phone broke and they would not even let me upgrade 2 months early and extend my contract for longer I swear I had to pay for 2 monts worth of bills and I...
