I read an article that said the FCC wasn't even aware of this product before the CES and they "refused comment" 🙂

Nice to know.. I figure'd they take at least some interest in it. I believe CALEA compliance has to be injected somewhere into this. Until then I suspect many communications personnel employed by black-market organizations will have these on pre-order.

I don't believe that spectrum compliance and exclusivity extend into the home. Sounds great unless they change the rules.
