Video recording is one of the most basic features that SHOULD have been including in the Pre right out the door! Duh Palm!

It's called moving foward..even if it's something they should have had already.

RIM did the same exact thing when the BB Curve first came out, they waited til later to add video.

I wonder about Android, that's a relatively new OS, I wonder if Android does video recording. I heard when Android was new that people couldn't save pictures from MMS's.

Not bad Palm I've seen the video on the new video record feature its awesome! Rim, Apple, and Google all released phones that did not come stock with video record. The Curve, Iphone and g1 all did not have video record at the time they were released. And as fast as Palm releases updates I doubt they will be able to keep up! 😎

Hey at least it didn't take them years eh? But hey, I already have vid rec on my pre, no preview screen though 😛.

But I totally agree, *lots* of great things coming down the pipe for WebOS: native app development, opengl, vid rec, flash 10. Now I just hope voice control comes on the coat tails of the more robust development tools and I'd have a total monster of a phone.

Then for late 2010 / early '11 I'll be ready for my 4G rockin', snapdragon toting, WebOS 2.X slingin' Pre II 🙂 🙂 🙂 🙂 haha
