Yeah, but this new deal for these three phones will be on the Sprint side, not the nextel side.

Yea, so to go into a little more specific detail from the previous post... Boost Unlimited which is the CDMA (sprint) side will have alot clearer call quality, alot faster sending/recieving of text an picture messaging (SMS/MMS), an ALOT faster internet speeds then Boost Mobile IDEN (nextel) side.. Sooo HOORAY for Boost 😁

I kept saying I wish Sprint would do their own Sprint named prepaid like Tmobile does with flexpay. Finally they're doing it, just still calling it boost.

Yeah pretty much. They actually offer affordable handsets. With T-Mo flex, you have to buy an unsubsidized handset. So if you can't shell out the cash, you gotta hit ebay. What I would like is like you said, for Sprint to offer T-Mo flexpay style plan where you can either buy an unsubsidized handset from them or activate a used one with a clean ESN.

Exactly. I was itching to say "FAIL" myself but this is CDMA and not the crap IDEN network. So good for them. Blackberry without a contract or credit check for $250 with EVDO? Not too bad. But I'd still get a used T-Mo phone on ebay or craigslist, made sure it was in good condition and activate it on a T-Mo Get More Plus plan.
