ETF for Nexus One May Reach $550
Too bad...
Tmob is the only one has had the stones to do this.
Why pay $600, then pay the same monthly fees as some clown who got his phone for $200. No real gain there.
Hopefully these companies will follow tmob and offer discounts to people who want to pay full price for the device and get a break on monthly service fees. I hope this is the future of cell carriers (atleast short term)
I've been mulling this over and if Google is charging the $350 ETF then why is T-Mobile charging one at all? More importantly, what happens with Verizon? Are they going to want to charge their $350 ETF on top of Goggle's? This thing is getting crazy. If the carrier is not taking the hit on the subsidy then there should be no ETF with the carrier.
