AT&T Details 3G Network Upgrades

To the guy who said, you knew what you were getting when you signed up, I have been with then since before they had 3G at all. And no I do not like that they are upgrading there 3G when my state only has in in 3 cities to begin with. I am not under contract and I guess I will be leaving them, since I was told that any new phone I might want to get will most likely have to have a $30 data plane with it. And yes I know that Verizon will require the same thing but at least they offer 3G here not like AT&T who only like to charge me for it even when they dont offer it, I am out...
