agreed, De La Vega is a good manager not a good leader. He knows how to keep a company going NOT how to change the industry. That is the difference between great visionaries like Bill Gates, Steve Jobs and Eric Schmidt and good managers like Olli-Pekka Kallasvuo, Ralph De La Vega and Alan R. Mulally. All you can expect from a good manager is to follow the visionaries around and hope no one notices.
