There never will be a satisfactory side to any story.
From the very start of the cellphone industry and until the very end there will be practices that will not please anyone....period 😉

Don't want to pay an ETF? Dont cancel and pay your damn bills on time. It's that simple. Don't like Verizon's policies? You have a choice, they're not the only wireless carrier.

Don't want a contract? Fine! Again, you have choices people. You can buy a used T-Mo handset on eBay, Cragislist, etc. Hell any unlocked GSM handset will do. Get on their Flexpay plan. No contract, no ETF, no B.S. and you pay less for your plan each month.

Nature of the American beast. Spoiled rotten and wants something for nothing. Pay you bill, if not there are options other than post-paid. Do you research before whining like little girls and boys pointing the finger at the great big corporate Ogre. 🙄

Americans are the only ones with this mindset? last I checked Africa is the number one recipient of foreign aid (with NO intention for reimbursement). Europe has "free" health care. most of Asia is communist - communism in itself is the idea that the government will supply everything for you.

I think its the rabble that has that mindset. (the people to dumb to think for themselves)

True, but here there is the least provocation for the reason behind it.
Laziness is not a provoked response. It is a trait. 😕
