Dude, there is NO WAY this plaintiff has a case. I myself call Israel at least twice a week and the UK a few times a month as I have family in both places. THe only thing I can see is that this guy is calling cell phones in the UK and Israel which it CLEARLY states you can not call cell phones.

Besides the fact that they have a number search utility that lets you look up the phone number to make sure you can call that number using the unlimited plan.

He is calling cellphones in other countries which charges any network huge $$$.

Why should it be the customers responsibility to go to a website to find out information about a service he purchased? If he wasn't informed about the charges or anything when he purchased the services there should be some kind of compensation. Probably not lawsuit worthy, but maybe a credit from the company worthy?

It most likely was in the contract that most customers NEVER read. Then they complain that they were shorted and taken advantage of when it is clearly stated in front of them in black and white. It is the consumer’s responsibility to stay informed so they do not get taken advantaged of.

You want to take all responsibility from customers? You are dumbing down America, you know that? You want people to be completely hand-fed, and you don't want people to take any personal responsibility. Ridiculous.

I buy a Big-Mac Meal from McDonalds 3 times a day. I gain 130 pounds in 1 year. I get diabetes and lose my job because I can't keep up with the work anymore. I am going to sue McDonalds for not reading me all the nutrition facts and telling me the health risks of eating their food every time I am at the register. Why is it my responsibility to find out about what I buy?

Serious?

It should be the consumers responsibility not to believe that anyone is going to hold their hand and walk them through all explanations. Inform him or her of what????????????????
Read the contract!!!!!!!! Problem with that, get a pair of eyeglasses or just buy 2 Dixie cups and some string and have fun!!!!!!!!! 🤣
