I have been driving for 9 years and just in an accident where a forty year old hit me he had about 26 years of experience, so now that we have realized it doesnt matter how long you have been driving and texting you can still slip up and smash in to someone, and I think its safe to say your odds of hitting someone while you are texting are a little greater than when you are not
