In the shortcuts, I'm not talking about bookmarks, that's easy, only shortcuts 4-9 are can actually be edited in a SIMPLE way, it has an + sign, click on it, and choose a site. BUT 1-3 are preset by Opera, I can't figure out HOW to change shortcuts 1-3.

Anybody have any ideas??? The lack of simplicity is very frustrating, usually all the answers in the world lie under "menu" & "edit"!!! But not in this case, it's just not that simple.

highlight one of the items 1-3 and hold the number 1 button down and you will get 2 options clear or edit hit clear and put in place whatever you want

Thank you so much!!! It was driving me crazzzy!
I want my shortcuts the way I want them, not the way Opera wants them!

And of course Phone Scoop is my first shortcut!!!

Thanks for the help, it worked! 😁

There are some new features and improvements (highlight text, and display-as-it-arrives page loading), so I am using the new one. But the new weird menu system is not one of the benefits.
