Verizon Challenges Sprint's 'Most Dependable' Ad Claims

First of all, I work at a retailer that sells Verizon, AT&T, and sprint. Altho I have alot of personal and customer issues with Verizon i am not very baised(spelling). Verizon is very upset that they cannot expand on customer base like they used to. Seeing a 2nd and 3rd quarter loss of nearly 1 million hurts.

Verizon is currently being looked into by the federal government on 2 accounts. Unlawfully raising termination fee's with little notice, and fraudulent coverage map advertisement. Their maps have 1 solid color claiming full coverage where shown. However, Verizon is claiming coverage with just a fraction of 1 bar. Thousands of people are wondering why it shows full red in their area but no coverage.

Verizon only posted a loss in 3rd quarter because they had the costs of the alltel switch over without the ability to post the alltel revenue. if you include alltel, the company actually gained .6%.

as for your claims of 3g over At&t, even at&t dont dispute the 3g map advertised by VZW. they only claim the ads are misleading. as VZW stated in its brief "the truth hurts"

As for the investigation: im sure your talking about ONE senator claiming she will stop the raise. one senator trying to pass a bill stopping raises like this isnt an investigation by the federal government.

you claim tha verizon cannot expand on the customer base liek they use to. do you mean that growth isnt as big once you are the largest mobile company? do you ...
