After what I've seen about Buzzirk Wireless/Zer01 Mobile I figured I'd spend some time
in trying to find about any real information about this company.
As of now (if you have read all the comments) we know that "My Simple Mobile" or Simple
Mobile LLC uses t-mobile's GSM coverage since both coverage maps are 'simply' the same, and yes, their voicemail platform number (805-MESSAGE) is owned by T-mobile.
Doing a search for any corporations in the state of California, no listing was found under this name, but it is registered as an LLC under NEVADA's jurisdiction(refer to link1).
(877) 878-7908 That number got me nowhere(as of now).
29 constellation, suite #1, trabuco canyon, ca 92679 is what I found to be their nest of operations.
According to Misty-Prepaid(link2) at howardforums(link3), ProutyCo. owns this company, and I searched for the people behind this and I was able to find a bit on their
Creative & Marketting Director Eric J. Prouty(link5,link6),
Serene Prouty, their Director of Business Development(link7,link
, and Kris(the eldest it seems), named as Executive Vice President.
They all work for their father Phillip Ives Prouty(link10,link11,link12).
So far it it seems to me that this is just another venture they are attempting to pull. Daddy's hard-earned money might be running and he is trying to teach his kids to make something of themselves, I dont see it though, they seem to want to do their own thing and maybe are doing this for the allowance they might get as forms of payroll checks.
