For those of you that are having bad service at locations you most use your phone, there is something you can do.

There is something called a network incident tracker that all At&t stores can submit regarding issues about the network. As a consumer, you can walk into an At&t store and ask to submit a network incident report for your address saying that you have no coverage, drop call, etc. Unfortunately, it will take about ten reports a day for about a week before At&t will actually send technicians out to see what they can do to improve the service for that particular address/neighborhood. My regional manager had issues with drop calls and he did this and now he has 5 bars all the time at his home.

I know that this is stupid and...
