I love the fact that I got 5x (2500kbps/500kbps) the speed on my iPhone vs the Droid in NC side by side while a rep was standing there. Coverage outside of where you live doesn't matter if it sucks where you live.

hah. yeah no. I hardly use wifi since 3g is really fast in NC. I got those speeds connected to 3g only. The only wifi around was the vzw mifi. If I had connected to that I would have gotten slower speeds 🤣

Too bad there is no At&t 3g network where I live at... Especially since I stay a little less than a hour from At&t Wireless's headquarters. But Ive been enjoying 450 kbps 3g speeds for over two years now on VZW! When will At&t get the memo?

I have 1.4Mbps down/.8Mbps up with 3g and I live in an area that "no one lives in" according to att... you know, one of those areas with only 2-3 million customers, but since we live in the mountains we're all hicks who don't understand technology... right?

Yeah. Pretty much, Menno. If you are not one of those 75%...you don't matter. Carry on you nobody you. By the way...I'm a nobody, too.

Just to correct myself I meant 2450 kbps... Just a typo and left out the 2... And that was in the day during peak hours!

Verizon should make more ads. This entire episode is quite entertaining. This is like a heavyweight title fight. Like in the old days when they went fifteen rounds. I remember it like yesterday when Verizon had 43 million customers and was the largest until the AT&T buyout putting Cingular at 49 million. This feud has been simmering ever since. From Stan Sigman challenging Verizon to overtake Cingular in customers WITHOUT buying another carrier (they didn't, by the way) to Dennis Strigl selling out the CTIA on Local Number Portability boldly proclaiming that Verizon would take more of the competition's customers than it would lose... Ah, but enter the iphone! And now it has come to this! I love the drama! So yes! Absolutely! Keep...

Verizon is launching more devices and spending more on this 4Q campaign than they have ever spent on any single project in the company's history. They're not stopping, certainly not for some whiny kids who can't handle the truth.
