But AT&T doesn't use CDMA, and CDMA handsets don't have IMEI's, they have MEID's. You might have had a WCDMA handst which is a 3g GSM phone. If that is the case, even an unlocked VPhone will not run on that small carrier's network since it is a GSM network.
