I feel bad and my heart goes out to those who work for the company but is this any surprise??? Sprint hasn't been doing well in the longest. Honestly I'm surprised they haven't filed for bankruptcy yet. Mr. Hesse can only put up a front for so long, you know.

Sprint has made way too many mistakes in the past and they treated even their most loyal of customers like $hit. Only recently they started to make amends by ending the outsourcing of customer service and other vast improvements. But I'm afraid the damage is done.

I'm an authorized dealer (not for Sprint) and I can honestly tell you that people have this stigma about Sprint. It really has a bad reputation in the industry. You mention it to business users and they just laugh in yo...

Honestly, I think that sprint has made a big improvement all around. It's the customers that aren't getting what they want, like calling in for a credit for $50.00 for 1 drop call and claims that they lost out on $50,000 in business...and this is facts, becasue I work in the call center and I hear every story in the world. I always wonder that customers say they have been with sprint for 10yrs or more and they think that the world of technology should be free for them. WRONG, get a grip, it's 2009 and people are looking for the best deals and plans.....and stop blaming the economy for everything..I tell you, people lie so much that they start to believe there own lie, call us and get upset...you know u drop your phone and now u claim it don'...
