You must not have been to a RadioShack in the last year or so. Either that or you were in one and acted like a know-it-all and were bounced out on your ear. We take a lot of pride in how we offer, and at least in Houston, do not tolerate any employee that doesnt know what they are selling. So, I challenge you to visit The Shack, and see how things have changed.....you never know, you may be surprised.
