Sprint Says No Change In Its ETF Policy

Where is it written that carriers never change their mind?
While we are on opposite ends of this idea, you have to admit, this has drawn more attention on Phonescoop then anything else, in quite sometime.
And I know I'm gonna have ticked customers once they figure it out (most likely when I explain it after it goes into effect)
But what I'm saying is just because a carrier says "there will be no change" doesn't mean there won't be.
Sprint needs to stop bleeding customers before they can think of growing.
They also (to my knowledge) don't offer huge deals like bogo blackberries and the like that really cause this problem.
It's a hot topic, and one that should be discussed, but posts like bluecoyote's (which are simply proatt/iphone, anti verizon no matter what) don't contribute to the disscusion.
Well if you work for VZW, take some tylenol before you go in tomorrow, because you're gonna need it with the droid phone. It does seem damned nice. If I was on VZW I'd get it. I'm sorta waiting for the Acer Liquid and/or SE X10 to use on AT&T. Right now I use a Rogers branded HTC Magic (unlocked). My daughter uses an unlocked TMO g1.
