If this phone is anything like the GSM or Sprint version, then there is no flash...
and that's one of the reasons I returned it for the Moment.
Regardless, it's a great phone. If having a flash is important to you, then you'll have to keep looking.

I've yet to cell any cell phone flash that's much good. Unless you're under a foot away from the subject, you may as well have no flash.
