T-Mobile USA Experiencing Network Problems
In market roaming fears...
The strategy behind in market roaming is more or less the opposite of what you might expect.
A carrier that has an always reliable native network w/ few, if any, coverage holes has nothing to fear from including in market roaming.
So, conversely, if a carrier does not permit in market roaming (e.g. VZW, AT&T, T-Mobile), then just what is it afraid of?
