T-Mobile USA Experiencing Problems.......period!
Go away from an urban populated area, no coverage. Might as well get MetroPCS.
If it's not what you need, then find something else.
I never drop calls, I have coverage WHERE I need it, I don't "accidently" end up in places where I wouldn't have coverage, and AT&T has comparable coverage to Verizon so if I accidently get kidnapped and taken out to BFE cause the bad guys know T-Mobile doesn't have coverage there and they leave me with my cell phone, who's the joke on? Them! Cause I'd be able to use AT$T's (or another GSM) network to make a call.

Lastly, I don't know where you live, but the past several markets I've lived in, AT&T has been considered the worst of the major four.

You don't have to. You get what you pay for. So, why exactly do you have T-Mobile? Based off what you have been saying, you don't leave the area much and have no intentions on leaving the area, right? So why exactly do you have a Nation Wide plan with T-Mobile? Why are you paying for T-Mobiles services that you don't use?
Why don't you go with a local company? Metro? Immix? Cricket? You would save a lot more money and get the services in your area and only in your area like you want.

And who uses a service where they drive to the other side of town and "roam"?? I sure don't. And I would never use a provider like that.
