Right, they need to get Mt. Pleasant and the rest of the US-127 corridor turned on. Expansion north of Bay City, Midland and Muskegon would be nice too (like Clare, Gaylord, Alpena, Traverse City, etc.), along with lower and western Michigan (like Benton Harbor, Niles, Adrian, etc.)

Not gonna happen. Civilization doesn't exist in Michigan north of Mt P.

Unless MetroPCS acquired some additional licenses for Michigan, then the 2 economic area licenses they bought in the AWS auction doesn't cover Traverse City, nor do they cover Niles, Benton Harbor, or New Buffalo. The license for Kalamazoo & Grand Rapids does cover Muskegon, and the one for Detroit covers places such as Flint, and the thumb. Sprint, T-Mobile, and some unknown name (or lesser known) companie...

True, would be nice if Metro could expand its presence in some more populated areas that can use them. It is going to take time regardless even in Florida where they first started. Metro like Sprint is built from the ground up with PCS and now AWS.
