Sprint has the best total device line up in the industry

Which carrier is better on devices? Please tell me if im wrong. Not a fan boy. But I havent seen so much buzz from one carrier since cingular in the razr crzr days.

True. I give credit where credit is due and yes Sprint has always been innovative when it comes to that. They were first with 1x or "Vision" as they called it at the time. Now they have 4g before everyone else too but in the end it never seems to matter now does it? They still end up having the highest churn in the industry and losing money. Two words Sprint doesn't seem to comprehend are: customer satisfaction.

I hope they dig themselves out of this hole. I realize that they gained a lot of spectrum from the Nextel buyout but I do not think it was worth all the headaches. We do NOT need to lose another carrier. Consumers would suffer. I do not relish a world where AT&T and Verizon are the only carriers of note. Nor do i believe a Sprint/T-Mobile joining is desirable. Maybe they will seize the momentum from the Clear partnership and get some 4G smartphones in the mix? Whatever they do, I hope it works.

Yes because a company like VZW can say with confidence that THEY know customer satisfaction....right I mean its not like they lost over a million customer's to other carriers last month? I'm not talking about customer add's because add sub's have nothing to do with your churn rate.

Churn has everything to do with keeping customer's, not adding replacements. No one can doubt big red's ability to steal other people's customer's, but their ability to retain them is worse then Sprint's, which is not being brought to light.

All things being equal, we lost 800,000ish customer's that entire quarter, VZW won't say outright how many they lost, only their "net" add's right??

Look at their Q3 report, they won't even show the number because it...
