i understand why at&t and verizon and sprint and yada yada do it, but why should google? they aren't offering phone service as defined by traditional standards. block numbers. i don't care. it's free. why the hell are there people complaining about free stuff??? and tell at&t and randall and ralph that if they don't like it, they can do something to their company to get their stock prices as high as google and actually gain respect from consumers............... those two are ruining at&t........... worst. mistake. ever. to the at&t name............

I completely agree with Crackberry. There's a difference in a free Internet based service of routing calls to save someone money and a traditional telco. The others are just trying to save their profits. They could care less about the due justice or safety of consumers. Give me a break.

Heck AT&T can't even get good service to the people they serve now, they just can't stand the fact that someone else may just have a better product than they have or maybe provide better quality. AT&T has been in bed with Apple so long all they want is "show me the money". Google has come out with a way better product in Android than AT&T could ever dream of. I hope Google does not cave in. This is just my two cents and in these day and time won't even buy a cup of cheap coffee.

AT&T resents Google. No wonder Verizon jumped in bed with Google.
