That is the most retarded phone ever made...I'm so sick of people idolizing it like it's the something important. It's just an over glorified touch screen phone. People have forgotten about palm who came out with touch screen way long ago before apple decided to BITE ON THEM. No removable battery/3 models later they finally come out with mms/ browser crashes etc etc. I have more than enough money to buy an iphone 3GS but you couldn't pay me to have it. I hate the design of the phone and it's UI and apple sucks to be quite frank. I would rather have Android or windows mobile any day. I expect many people to fire back at my comment so go ahead and get it out of your system fanboys đ

Not so much a fire back but you have to give Apple credit in achieving their goal. I think the goal is to make a popular phone that everybody wants and that is exactly what they did. You may hate the things that you talked about but there is PLENTY of people who love it.. So in my eyes I think Apple did what they wanted to with the iPhone.

Oddly, I don't see as much fanboism on the iPhone as those who hate it and complain constantly. VZW is coming out with the Droid, they can have all the commercials they want attacking the iPhone, but in the end the Moto Droid has to stand on its own merits, and I think it will be decent enough.

you may think the iphone is the best thing out there but what you dont see. the stole other company patents to make there phone. so look up how many times they are sued over the phone. all they did what was great was itunes and istore but that was up before phone was made. you can get the itouch and use wifi. as a phone it sucks.

So...it's been said that Apple's contract with AT&T will be up in the spring. Being in the business it would be a bad choice on Apple's part to remail exclusive due to the fact I have people switching from AT&T daily, and atleast 70% of the switchers are current users of the iphone. Despite the "cool" factor, AT&T's service is terrible, and their 3G coverage is minimal at best. (There's a Map for That đ ) Also, despit what everyone is thinking the Droid isn't here to compare to iPhone. If you've noticed every touch screen phone that VZW has realeased people have compared to the iphone...There is simply no comparison because the iphone, like the blackberry, has it's own apps. yeah âšī¸ undying loyalty to the iphone just irritates me, if you like the phone thats FINE, but nobody can tell me its the best phone ever for everything, yes its a great multimedia phone, great for music and video, but the rest of it really isnt the best, plus lack of SD card support hurts the multimedia aspect of it ALOT.
